What's a Tree Consultant
Arboricultural Consultants are experts in tree management at a professional level. They can provide good advice on all matters relating to tree care, including the law.
Arboricultural Association Registered Consultants will have a good knowledge of how tree care relates to other associated fields such as construction, planning, architecture, tree protection on development sites, landscaping, forestry, and horticulture.
Consultants do not necessarily undertake work on trees, but may provide a schedule and specification for maintenance work and may, if required, supervise contracts.
Most consultants operate over the whole of the U.K., and sometimes abroad.

Standards:
Adequate and appropriate qualifications.
Proven record.
Fellows of the Arboricultural Association, committed to continuing professional development (CPD).
Adequate professional indemnity insurance cover at all times.
